It arrived late and it had no flavor .

Thanks for your feedback! I do apologize on the late arrival of your item as staffing to fulfill orders are limited at the moment. In this case, you'll be reimbursed for the shipping charges you incurred. Also, Seamoss is very bland and has no taste but is vital to health. Therefore, 2.6 ounces of fruit is added which makes up 16% of the jar. We do not exceed this amount because less Seamoss in a jar equals less health benefits and adding more fruit shortens the expiration by as much as 7 days. Alternatively, we will soon be adding Seamoss smoothies to the site for those who are really after more of a fruity taste. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
